About Joint Ventures
Our joint venture program offers investors short (typically under 12 months) or long term (typically 3-5 years) investment options to suit their needs.
We generally work with investors with capital of between £25,000 to £300,000, but are happy to discuss options if your capital is outside this range.
We are passionate about offering our JV partners the very best service and deals, as well as also making sure the vendors needs are taken into consideration.
Good business ethics is the foundation of our business and we strongly believe all deals MUST be a win win situation for all parties. Because of this we take time to sit down and discuss the deals in detail with our JV partners to make sure everyone is on the same page.

If after the deal discussion we feel that a potential JV partner does not value the same business ethic, we will not work with that investor. This way we hold more value to our client base, and sourcing partners.

Investment Options
Short Term:

  • Renovate to Profit (see Renovate to Profit page for full description).
  • BMV purchase, renovate and flip.

Long Term:

  • BMV purchase, renovate and hold.
  • HMO – BMV purchase, renovate and let as HMO.
JV Referral Program

Jones Property JV Schemes allow investors to not only joint venture with us for the purchase of properties, but to also benefit from being paid for JV referrals.

If you do not meet our JV partner criteria, or if you do but also have friends or associates that are looking for a better place to invest their hard earned savings, then we also offer a referral program, whereby we will pay you a referral commission of £500+ for every referral that goes ahead and invests with us.

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can put forward, so you could even make this a nice little side business for yourself.
